At Khalei Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Custom, personalized, or sale items are final sale and non-refundable, unless defective.

📦 How to Start a Return

Please contact us at khaleijewels@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

💳 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original and place a new order.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, email us at khaleijewels@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll make it right.
